TC Design Solutions, Inc. (formerly TC Clerical Services, Inc) is a graphic & web design firm that was started by Tia Clay Lynch in 1998. The business began in Shelby, NC and was later moved to Charlotte in 2000. Although the business is based in Charlotte, NC, we service local and national clients via online tools.

After working in a print shop since the age of 14, then pursuing computers in high school & college, and finally managing a local print shop in Richmond, Virginia, it was time to start our own business. We started TC Clerical Services, Inc and later changed the name since we had expanded our level of service and the products/services we offer.

The purpose of TC Design Solutions is to aid businesses (small to medium size) in growth through use of graphic and/or web design, to help promote corporate identity and help maximize business exposure.
